In the EE Global 2009, organised by Alliance to Save Energy, world-class energy efficiency leaders from industry, government, and non-profit organisations convened in Paris, France, to share best practices in energy efficiency and present the latest technical, commercial, and policy-based information.

The event was developed by means of twenty-four thematic Executive Dialogue Sessions and four Plenary Sessions. The executive Dialogue Sessions were organised around four end-use tracks (Buildings, Industry & Utilities, Transportation & Urban Planning and Consumer & End-Use) and within each track, sessions were targeted to different focuses: Policy, Finance, Market Transformation and Technology.
