Ethical code

Through its ethical code lavola wants to guarantee ethical and responsible behaviour through the development of its activities, going beyond legal requirements. The Ethical code shows the principles that have to guide the company’s conduct and the people that are part of it. Moreover, it has to deal with the procedures and ways of working with stakeholders, establishing a respectful and trustful position with its employees, clients, the providers and partner companies, the public administration and society.

Equal opportunity plan

Equal opportunities are encouraged in the selection, promotion and formation of the lavola team (in other words independent of gender, nationality, age) and to show this compromise, lavola has an Equal Opportunity Plan between women and men.

Disabled people's integration

According to the RD 290/2004, of 20th of February 2004, which regulates labour issues, and D. 246/2000, of 24th of July 2000, the minimum percentage of the personnel recruitment with disabilities has to be 2%. lavola goes beyond meeting these requirements, additionally it also works with provider companies dedicated to labour insertion of disabled people.
