lavola is a company involved with the environment and society’s general development. For this reason, it uses part of its resources to collaborate in diverse activities and initiatives with the objective of involving itself with different community groups. Thus, lavola uses 5% of its annual profits for social actions and sponsorship. Though the sponsorship and social actions are coordinated by the board of directors, the opinion of the employees is welcomed in order to choose the action plan or the projects where lavola can collaborate; in fact quite often it is the employees who propose the action plan and collaboration projects.
